Today we have the pleasure of chatting with Andrew Kay, author of 'Pretty Boys All In A Row' and creative director of Latest Homes.
myworld: What are you up to today?
AK: Today I am reporting on recent trip to a smart Riad in Marrakech
myworld: Anything super hip you’re working on that you wouldn’t mind sharing with myworld?
AK: Progress on my second Novel, Coming and Going, is going well. 37,000 words in!
myworld: If you were designing a hotel bedroom what would be amongst your top 3 prerequisites?
AK: A fabulous bed with great linen. A good bathroom with great towels. Somewhere decent to sit, relax and read a book, preferably with a view or even better a balcony or terrace.
myworld: Our design philosophy takes into account the 5 senses – of all of them, which is your favourite and why?
AK: How do you separate them? I love to see, feel and hear, I love to taste and I love to smell. Without any one of them life would be very dull indeed. I can't imagine a world with just one so a favourite is impossible.
