myworld: What are you up today?
RS: IA Mostly working on my new website http://www.the-hotel-exchange.com/. It's a membership website, allowing owners of hotels and B&Bs to exchange rooms with each other and travel for free.
myworld: Anything super hip you’re working on that you wouldn’t mind sharing with myworld?
RS: My online magazine - http://www.resource-magazine.com/ is my outlet for writing about all things fabulous.
myworld: If you were designing a hotel bedroom what would be amongst your top 3 prerequisites?
RS: When I stay in a hotel, I want to feel like I'm away, I don't understand wanting a "home away from home". So..
Gorgeous bathroom with a huge bath, powerful shower, luxurious products and enormous fluffy towels.
State of the art, but user friendly technology - ideally a domotics panel but failing that free wifi and a good plasma screen will keep me happy. Also good lighting is essential.
IAWell positioned, super-comfy bed, with piles of feather pillows and high thread count linen.
myworld: Our design philosophy takes into account the 5 senses – of all of them, which is your favourite and why?
RS: If I absolutely had to chose one, it would be sight, I can't imagine living in a world of darkness.
